Miele Masterclasses

We’re thrilled to announce the return of Miele’s ever so popular Masterclasses to Brickworks Inside Out on Sunday, 10th September 2017. This is your opportunity to learn from and taste the creations of Miele’s most skilled expert chefs.


11am – Seafood on Point
Learn the optimal ways to cook seafood gently and precisely, retaining the flavour with no more dry results. Guided by a Miele Culinary Expert, you will enjoy delicious tasters sourced from the sea; including a classic prawn cocktail and salmon sushi salad. This demonstration will give you all the inspiration you need to re-create these tasty dishes at home.

12:30pm – Relaxed Cookery, Intro to Sous Vide
Discover the Sous-vide cooking trend that has enabled home chefs to achieve restaurant-quality results. In Miele’s introduction to Sous-vide demonstration, you will learn how to achieve enhanced flavours, heathier results and perfection every time – while also sampling a selection of Sous-vide dishes, to really learn how this stress-free cooking technique can transform your menu.

2:00pm – Chocolate creations for divine desserts
Take your desserts to the next level and impress your guests with Miele’s chocolate demonstration. Learn how to create various chocolate decorations – from filigrees to garnishes, and sample some delicious treats along the way.
