Is this a free event?

Admission to Brickworks Inside Out 2017 is free! However, we reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove any person for reasonable cause, without notice.

Is Brickworks Inside Out a kid-friendly event?

We encourage that you bring the whole family to Brickworks Inside Out 2017 as it’s an all ages event. We have a number of activities activating to entertain kids but please keep in mind that persons under the age of 18 must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.

Can I bring my pet?

Patrons may bring small animals to the Festival weighing less than 15kg. Guide dogs also permitted. These must be on a lead at all times, where applicable. Animals must be well behaved and kept under control at all times. Animals are not allowed to sit on furniture or jump onto tables. Animals must not be fed whilst on the property. All owners must have the ability to be able to carry their animal, especially during congested periods. No animals are permitted in any food preparation areas. Any animals showing signs of aggression will be removed from the Festival immediately. The Patron accompanying the animal will be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the dog at the Festival. One animal per Patron.

How do I get to the Brickworks Centre?

Due to closures there will be limited parking within the Brickworks Centre on Sunday 10 September. Our parking attendants will be monitoring and assisting with traffic flow on the day and offsite parking will be available in surrounding streets.

What time does the event start and end?

The official Brickworks Inside Out festival commences at 10:00am and finishes at 6:00pm on Sunday, 10th September 2017. After this time see individual retailers for their closing times.

I’ve lost something, what should I do?

If you’ve lost an item, please find a festival worker to check the lost property. If your missing item can’t be located we’ll take your details to make contact later if found. If you notice something is missing post-event please call Brickworks Centre Management on 07 5591 2944.

I would like to take photos, are there any rules I need to follow?

  1. Patrons agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the Festival other than for private non-commercial purposes, without the permission of the Festival Owner.
  2. Patrons grant permission to Festival Owner to use their name, image, likeness, or statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at the Festival without further authorisation from, or compensation to the Patron.

What can’t I bring?

Patrons to the Festival may not bring in food, alcohol, illegal drugs and controlled substances, weapons or other items deemed dangerous by Festival Owner.
