June’s nearly over? Julying! It’s hard to believe that we’ve almost passed the halfway mark for 2017. Maybe you need to get yourself back onto the healthy bandwagon or perhaps wish to sail through winter unscathed. Either way here are some tried and tested ways to protect yourself from the harsh winter elements and come out the other end fighting fit for spring!

H-O-T Drinks

Make sure you get more liquids. It doesn’t all have to be water –  hot drinks also have their benefits too. Green tea for antioxidents and turmeric lattes for anti-inflammatory properties.

Move it

Exercise will boost your immune system as it encourages fresh blood to be pumped around your body. This brings more oxygen and a fresh supply of nutrients to different parts of the body, helping ward off nasties #yeah!
